8 stars stand for "Jebać PiS" which means "Fuck Law and Justice". The phrase has gained popularity when included into Taco Hemingway's "Polskie Tango" music video. Now it can be seen everywhere thanks to last protests in Poland (Women's Strike) eight stars are used on banners, posters etc.
