Add dialect and Regions database

I would like to add a database so that when you type in the name of a dialect or region it will come up as a suggestion. This will make the data more uniform and will make it easier to search for local and dialect-specific terms and phrases. Note that dialect can also include other linguistic varieties that have a name.
