Tutovka is a distilled alcoholic liquor made from fermented mulberries, traditional in the South Caucasus, especially among the Armenians of Karabakh. It means safe bet, a dead certainty- usually to mean there's an essential piece of evidence of someone's wrongdoing, humorous
