brustad-bu • Noun • A small grocery of maximum 100 square metre that is allowed to be open on Sundays. Previously shops were not allowed to be open on Sundays, but in 1997, Labour Party politician Sylvia Brustad proposed new regulations allowing smaller groceries to be open on Sundays.
